I am honored to be a part of the panel of judges for the SSON Impact Awards, with a focus on the award for Technology of the Year. The SSON Impact Awards have long celebrated excellence in the Shared Services and GBS industry, recognizing the teams and individuals leveraging innovative technology, operational excellence and outstanding service delivery. Last year’s winners – including industry leaders like Asahi, Unilever and Allianz – set an incredibly high standard, and I am eagerly waiting to see what this year’s entries will bring.
