Thank you so much for this incredible honor. I am very surprised & deeply humbled to receive the Vestas Manila Leader of the Year Award 2024. When I heard my name, I thought there must have been some mistake as there are so many remarkable leaders in that event, each of whom has made significant contributions to Vestas. To be recognized among such esteemed company is truly overwhelming. Leadership, to me, has always been about serving others, inspiring teamwork, striving for excellence, & working together towards a common goal. This recognition is extended to my Identity & Access Management chapter. I am fortunate to work with an extraordinary team whose dedication & passion make my job not only easy and possible but also incredibly rewarding. I have learned a lot from these incredible fellows & I would like to thank them for listening & believing in our shared vision. This award is not just a reflection of my efforts but a testament to the collective hard work and perseverance of everyone involved. I am inspired every day by the people I work with and the challenges we overcome together. Thank you once again for this tremendous honor.
