How much has the shift towards endovascular treatment for aneurysms affected British neurosurgical residents? Is the current volume of training sufficient to provide cerebrovascular services across the UK in the future? I’d like to thank the European Association of Neurosurgical Societies (EANS) for inviting me to their 2024 congress in Sofia to discuss these topics.
