It has been about 2 weeks since my first day at Wayfair. I am still as excited as I was on my first day on this new journey as an HD Industrial Engineer. This role provides me the opportunity to work with and contribute to the data driven state-of-the-art final mile delivery operations of Wayfair across North America. Thanks to William Ensuncho, Stephanie McQuaid, Martina Nessen, MBA, Nate Dudley, Jorge Santos(George), Austin Parker, Stephanie Punda, Lily Broomhead, Christiana Rathmanner and others from the Wayfair team for making this happen and providing me all the support from recruitment, through the ongoing onboarding process. It is also a bittersweet end to a bittersweet month. It marked the end of my almost 1 1/2 years at Niagara Bottling. I will forever be grateful for the opportunities I have been given there. Niagara showed me that it is possible to achieve seemingly impossible goals through hard-work and perseverance. I came with little background and some theoretical knowledge about supply chain and was given a chance to learn and grow. I credit my team, my peers, and my leaders with getting me to a place in my career where I felt comfortable to take this amazing and exciting opportunity that I had been given. My Niagara family will always be on my mind as I start this next chapter in my life.
