Hi Macquarie Group, Can you please explain how the destruction of First Nations and Indigenous lands through fracking, both here in Australia and overseas, is "creating a positive social and environmental impact" as discussed in your 2025 Sustainability Plan? As a Macquarie Bank customer, I support stronger measures to recognise, protect and maintain all aspects of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture and heritage, especially with the recent celebration of "Heal Country" as part of NAIDOC Week in July. NAIDOC Week 2021 was celebrated by all around Australia, including by Macquarie Group, so I would like clarification as to how destroying native lands as campaigned against by GetUp is conducive to healing country.
