A journey of a million miles ... starts with just one step. And having taken just a few or MORE of these steps over my 30 years with the company ... I can’t find the word as it’s several positive expressions on how I feel to have the visionary and caring guidance for our Hilti Group by our Executive Board Members, Matthias Gillner Marco Meyrat who also serve in the custodial capacity of culture as our Strategic Sherpas leading with their heart, hands and head. Our journey at Hilti is all inclusive of our products and systems, solutions, people, customers, and culture ... we carry all this in our toolboxes (aka backpacks) as we ascent together up the summit of GREATNESS ...
