So what is fibric of such great organization? This #LinkedIn’s journey has a stronger sense of #purpose and #belonging beyond just making #profit. Their strong #values around #members , #relationships , #actionable goals , #risktaking , #startupculture resonate through action and interaction. Their strong #strategytoexecution with purpose by setting #conditions through #culture has changed #behavior not only just for #employees but every #professional across industry.
