Very insightful panel on racial diversity in law firms last night. I’d like to thank Sarah and Jat for taking part and sharing their experiences. Interesting perspectives on how ethnic minorities are commonly seen as a single group in itself, and that it should be recognised that individual experiences are unique. The matter of equality is not based solely on racial factors, but many other interconnected issues such as social mobility and gender. Furthermore, the initiatives their respective firms in tackling issues with racial diversity. Thank you to all who have attended as well as my colleagues Alex, Angel, Aaron from The Holdsworth Club for helping make this run so smoothly. I hope the event useful and the words of encouragement from our panelists inspiring.
