Starting off with the quote,"Be a Leader - To Serve ",an exciting talk was rendered by ABHIK ROY Healthcare Business Leadership ,a brilliant alumnus of ASCI(MHA). He has an experience of 17 years in healthcare industry. Currently working in the Middle East Bahrain Dubai.He said,"Leadership is giving a purpose to the people around you".From being a manager to starting off as an entrepreneur,his career graph is such an inspiring one.Of the many careers paths- Marketing ,Analytics ,Strategy and Administrtaion were said to be promising. A piece of advice to all the aspirants was to have an authentic interest towards data & numbers and that the future is technology .Having an opinion and perceiving your work culture with emotional intelligence were said to be the key notes to being a good leader. Changing the mindset from "Time management"to "Focus mangement", was an interesting inclusion. "Either create a difference or quit ",was the highlighted assertion. Mr Abhik had ended the session saying "Whatever actions great men perform ,the common men follow and whatever standards he sets by his exemplary acts,all the world pursues."-The Bhagavad Gita. The session was attended by Dr. Subodh Kandumuthan,Program Director at ASCI, Mr. Mithun, Marketing Head at ASCI and PGDHM Batch-14 students.
