He was 85. Brimley died Saturday while hospitalized in St. George, Utah, his manager Lynda Bensky told reporters. He started in many commercials and movies including: "Cocoon," "The Natural" and "The Thing." , End of the Line, Shadows on the Wall, Jackals, Act of Vengeance (TV Movie), Thompson's Last Run (TV Movie), Ewoks: The Battle for Endor (TV Movie), Noa, Remo Williams: The Adventure Begins, Murder in Space (TV Movie), McCallister and so many others.
