Professor Martins Paparinskis from UCL finished his academic agenda in Bogota by joining the final bench of the Colombian Jessup National Rounds. He sat together with Mr. Eduardo Valencia-Ospina, Eduardo Silva-Romero, Monica Jimenez and other great names of the international law practice in Combia at the Salón Bolivar of the Colombian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
