I help professionals and ERGs battle adversity to live a more purposeful life through understanding the power of community | National Keynote Speaker | Purple Heart Recipient | Disabled Athletic Enabler

Had a great time yesterday as Alex Douglass (IG @amputeestrong1) and I spoke to the student body and faculty of Holy Cross High School. Alex’s pup, Peter of Valor Service Dogs, joined us and was a huge hit with the audience. We discussed the importance of looking out for one another, understand the right time to be vulnerable when you’re struggling, and know you never have to carry the weight of adversity by yourself. Trivia: To my friends who watch The Office, #HolyCrossHighSchool is now the name of the former Bishop O’Hara school. What character went there? Hint....”PissSlopWhoCaresA?”
