After an incredible 24 year journey at Active International, we say a huge thank you to Alan Cummings as he heads into retirement. From UK Financial Director, to CFO International, to CFO and Executive Director of the International Division, the titles are impressive but only tell part of the story. The real impact Alan has had goes far beyond the numbers. Finance has played a critical role in supporting and delivering significant growth over the years, from operational excellence to building strong teams. But above all, Alan’s greatest achievement is the number of people he has supported, mentored, and developed into leaders - people who continue to make thoughtful, responsible decisions and build sustainable, growing businesses across the UK and globally.
