Hailing from rural Southern Illinois, Jim has lived in 3 states and traveled to 49 U.S. States, 4 Countries, and 3 Canadian Provinces in pursuit of helping clients and in his ongoing quest of learning and experiencing different cultures. In a sales, marketing, and business growth capacity, Jim has served and guided organizations of the likes of Walt Disney, GLAMER, Southwest Airlines, City of Omaha, City of Las Vegas, Cities of Salem and Centralia, Illinois, Chicago’s Magnificent Mile Marketing Organization, and Cracker Barrel Corporation, to name a few. Jim, along with his bride Debbie, moved to the Inland Northwest with their daughter and three sons in 2015. Jim’s efforts in raising community awareness extends to numerous charitable organizations, including Knights of Columbus, Toys for Tots, Naomi Community, Elevations Children’s Therapy, Blessings Under the Bridge, American Childhood Cancer Organization of the Inland Northwest, Valleyfest, and he serves as a Sub-Committee Chair for Spokane’s Hoopfest, to name a few. Outside of family time and riding his Harley around Eastern Washington and North Idaho, you can regularly find Jim feeding his soul (and family & friends) from his outdoor and indoor kitchens. His hobby of culinary creation has earned him countless national and international awards and recognition.
