His background includes a pivotal Commercial Manager role for a multi-national main contractor in the UK, overseeing high-value design and build projects. He further honed his expertise in the UAE, providing international cost management services to asset management & construction consultancies across diverse portfolios. His extensive experience spans projects ranging from £3M to +£500M, covering public and private sectors including Residential, Education, Hotel, Retail, and Mixed-Use, utilizing various JCT, FIDIC, and bespoke contracts. Lee's specialist knowledge encompasses cost planning, pre/post-contract administration, negotiation, cost control, value engineering, and project monitoring. We are incredibly excited about the significant value Lee's deep expertise will bring to the Qiddiya Project, our team and our client.
