Who is a woman who’s made an impact on your career? #IWD26 Bibi Russell Eleanor Sarpong Sonia Jorge Amanda Hill-Attkisson Lori Souza Anju Mangal Sayeda Maksuda Jahan Karvika Thapa Bridget Greenwood FRSA Shelle Fantastic (CBE) (CCE) Jensine Larsen Onica Nonhlanhla Makwakwa Amrita Choudhury Liza Layne Sarah Jessica Leivers Susmita Mukherjee Rahat Mustafa For me, the answer is not just one person. I have been fortunate to meet many incredible women who have shaped my journey in different ways. Some have been mentors, some like sisters, some colleagues, and many of them even clients who believed in my work What makes their support so meaningful is that they saw my effort, my ideas, and my work before anything else. They encouraged me when I was unsure, challenged me to think bigger, and reminded me that persistence matters more than perfection. These women did not just give advice. They opened doors, shared opportunities, trusted my abilities, and sometimes simply said, “You can do this.” Those moments stay with you forever. Today I just want to say thank you to all the women who have supported me, guided me, collaborated with me, and believed in my work. Your encouragement has been a quiet but powerful force behind many of my steps forward. This post is a small celebration of you. I am truly grateful to walk this journey alongside such inspiring women. Thank you for being part of my story. #WomenSupportingWomen #Gratitude #WomenInLeadership #Mentorship #WomenInTech
