Excited to share our recently published study investigating š»š¼šæšŗš®šš¶šš² šš®š¹šš²š š³š¼šæ šµš¶š½ šššæš²š»š“ššµ š®š»š± šæš®š»š“š² š¼š³ šŗš¼šš¶š¼š» š¶š» š½šæš¼š³š²ššš¶š¼š»š®š¹ š³š²šŗš®š¹š² š³š¼š¼ššÆš®š¹š¹ š½š¹š®šš²šæš (š£š„š¢šš). ā½ļø In this cross-sectional study, we assessed 100 professional players from the Dutch Eredivisie to establish baseline profiles for hip strength and range of motion and to explore factors associated with these measures. š š š®š¶š» š³š¶š»š±š¶š»š“š: ⢠We established normative values for hip adduction and abduction strength and hip range of motion in elite female football players, which can help medical staff to identify athletes at risk for injury. ⢠Age was positively associated with hip strength. ⢠Goalkeepers demonstrated lower strength values compared with field players, which should be considered when using reference values. š„š²š®š± ššµš² š³šš¹š¹ š®šæšš¶š°š¹š² šµš²šæš²: https://lnkd.in/ejnQPPM7 Congrats to the author team!
