Last week, Accor welcomed hotel owners from across the globe to Paris for the inaugural Sustainability Owners Advisory Board, a milestone initiative designed to foster stronger partnerships through direct engagement, collective insight, and strategic alignment across the full diversity of our network. Over three days of visits, workshops, and conversations, sustainability remained the central thread. From decarbonization strategies and energy management to gender equality in leadership and responsible sourcing, the discussions were frank, substantive, and guided by one shared ambition: to make sustainability a genuine driver of long-term business performance.
