Accor and Inspired by KM, the association founded by Kylian Mbappé, are proud to announce the launch of ibis unlocked, a global social mobility initiative designed to support young people furthest from employment. Nearly one in five young people worldwide are currently Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET). Behind that statistic are real stories of doubt, of distance from opportunity, and of potential waiting to be recognized. ibis unlocked is our answer to that reality. Launched in Brazil, France, Morocco, and Thailand, the program offers a concrete, three-stage pathway: building behavioral skills through 15 self-training modules accessible on WhatsApp, connecting young people to certified vocational training via partner NGOs, and opening the doors of ibis hotels for immersions, internships, and hands-on job discovery. ibis unlocked is part of our Hosting Change roadmap, under the "Unlocking every talent's potential" pillar, with the ambition of supporting 20,000 people furthest from employment by 2030.
