Pride season has officially begun in the Netherlands. Recently, we kicked things off together with ISS Nederland, Workplace Pride and ABN AMRO Bank N.V. with an inspiring conversation on the theme of Unity. A strong reflection of our longstanding partnerships and shared belief that everyone should feel safe, respected and empowered to be themselves at work. At the same time, Pride is showing up across different moments and communities. From taking part in Utrecht Pride, to hosting a session together with Meer Dan Gewenst on building rainbow families, each moment adds to a broader conversation on inclusion. Pride is more than a moment of celebration, it's about inclusion every day. In practice, that means how we collaborate, how we make decisions, and how we create space for a variety of ideas. A big thank you to everyone who contributed. When all Reinventors, including the LGBTIQ+ community, feel a true sense of belonging, better ideas emerge and better outcomes follow.
