Sweden is facing a shortage of 30,000 cybersecurity experts. It’s time to close the gap. 🛡️ Since 2019, Academic Work has been on a mission to bridge this divide. Through our Academy (re/upskilling) programs, we’ve empowered over 200 professionals to launch new careers in cybersecurity with our clients. We are proud of this milestone—but we aren’t slowing down. 🚀 This week, we had the privilege of hosting an inspiring Cybersecurity Workshop together with organizations that are truly taking responsibility for the future of cyber talent. The level of commitment and openness in these discussions was nothing short of impressive.⭐️ What’s next? The mission continues. Together with our sister company, Brights Learning, we are currently developing new upskilling and reskilling solutions to meet the growing demand.
