Share knowledge, learn, and grow together! Yesterday was all about professional development for us. We welcomed more than 80 of our local and international colleagues here in Dresden. They took the opportunity to further their education through engaging presentations on current topics, gain new insights, and exchange experiences. One example was the GCP Refresher Training led by Dr. Maldonado from consamed Munich. For us, training days like these are far more than just knowledge transfer — they create space for innovation, networking, and the collective development of our team. What was particularly valuable was not only the technical input but also the interaction among participants. Our training day came to a perfect close with a joint evening event featuring a barbecue buffet. Amid good food, lively conversations, and a relaxed atmosphere, the focus was on building connections. Days like these demonstrate how important continuous learning, collaboration, and a strong corporate culture are for sustainable success.
