في إطار جهود مجموعة شركات أبوظبي لتعزيز التعاون الاستراتيجي بين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة والمملكة العربية السعودية، استقبلت شركتا «جال» و«أمرك» وفدًا رفيع المستوى من شركة «بان نسما المحدودة» التابعة لمجموعة عذيب، وذلك في منشآت المركز العسكري المتقدم للصيانة والإصلاح والعمرة (أمرك) بمدينة العين. وجاءت الزيارة بهدف تسليط الضوء على التعاون القائم واستكشاف فرص توسيع الشراكات في مجالات الصيانة والإصلاح والعمرة (MRO)، بما يساهم في دفع مسيرة التطوير والارتقاء بخدمات الصيانة في قطاعي الطيران والدفاع. وشهدت الزيارة حضور صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير تركي بن عبدالعزيز بن أحمد آل سعود، نائب رئيس مجلس المديرين لمجموعة عذيب، وسعادة سعد بن عمر البيز، الرئيس التنفيذي للمجموعة، إلى جانب سعادة محمود الهاملي، الرئيس التنفيذي لمجموعة شركات طيران أبوظبي، والسيد جاسم المرزوقي، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة أمرك، والسيد عبدالرحمن الحمادي، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة جال. تعاون يعكس رؤية مشتركة نحو تعزيز الريادة في خدمات الصيانة والدعم الفني لقطاعي الطيران والدفاع. With Abu Dhabi Aviation Group of companies' efforts to strengthen strategic cooperation between the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, GAL and AMMROC welcomed a high-level delegation from Pan Nesma Company, a subsidiary of Atheeb Group, at the Advanced Military Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul Center (AMMROC) in Al Ain. The visit aimed to highlight ongoing cooperation and explore opportunities to expand partnerships in maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services, contributing to advancing development efforts and enhancing maintenance service capabilities within the aviation and defense sectors. The visit was attended by His Royal Highness Prince Turki bin Abdulaziz bin Ahmed Al Saud, Vice Chairman of Atheeb Group’s Board of Directors; H.E. Saad bin Omar Al-Bayz, CEO of Atheeb Group; H.E. Mahmood Al Hameli, GCEO of Abu Dhabi Aviation Group of Companies ; Mr. Jassem Al Marzouqi, CEO of AMMROC; and Mr. Abdulrahman Al Hammadi, CEO of GAL. A collaboration that reflects a shared vision toward strengthening excellence in maintenance and technical support services across the aviation and defense sectors.
