Attended a few interesting sessions at TECH WEEK by a16z in sunny downtown Manhattan , super useful to step out of the logistics bubble and into rooms full of people building AI from the ground up. A few stops: a GTM morning run & mixer, a product-market fit panel, and an AI comedy roast that was sharper than it had any right to be. The Product Market Fit panel had the takeaway that stuck. The customers who push back hardest are usually the ones using your product most deeply. The polite ones aren’t the signal, the critical ones are. Good reminder that the fundamentals don’t really change whether you’re a seed-stage founder or selling into an industry as old as freight. On a side note, let’s go Knicks!! 🏀
