“Imagining yourself enjoying your new cheese leads you to it.” — Who Moved My Cheese? (Dr. Spencer Johnson) This quote has always resonated with me, and today it feels even more meaningful as I share that I have received the Star Performer Award at Lumenci. A year ago, I began my journey at Lumenci, transitioning from academia and research into the world of IP. Moving from inventor to patent analyst has been a truly rewarding experience. This journey has given me the opportunity to work across diverse technology domains, including telecommunications, network security, semiconductors, and more. Receiving the Star Performer Award is truly an honor. This achievement reflects the supportive team and empowering work culture at Lumenci that encourages you to grow and excel when you give your best. I’m deeply grateful to my interviewers Ranjot Singh Sobti, Archisha Garg, Badal Sharma, and Nupur Pandey for placing their trust in me and opening the door to this wonderful opportunity. I am also thankful to Oshin Chopra for arranging the interview process. My sincere gratitude to my first champion, Mamta Bhakal, and my current champion, Vani Gupta, for their mentorship and constant encouragement. Their encouraging words have stayed with me and continue to inspire me to push forward. Growth and progress are never possible without constructive feedback, and I truly appreciate the guidance shared by my managers Anoop Singh Chauhan, Ayush Bansal, Ankit Puri, Ayush Saxena, Sonali Kumari, Anubhav Mathur, Arpita Jaitawat, Reema, Abhishek Bhatti, and Raghuvendra Pratap Tripathi. Beyond deadlines and deliverables, it’s the small moments that make the journey memorable. The tea breaks and spontaneous discussions have brought balance and positivity to busy days. Special thanks to Devesh, Aadesh Srivastava, Ankush Samyal, Ajay Dwivedi, Nitin Gupta, Ravi Chandak, Dr. Jitendra Tahalyani, Dr. Shivam Gujral, and Shobhit Kumawat for those refreshing conversations. and Hare Krishna :) #intellectualproperty #IP #anniversary #Lumenci
