We spent an evening last week with a room full of people building with AI in Dubai. The conversations were all over the place. In the best way. One of the founders has cut his engineering team in half and is shipping significantly more than before. Another runs customer calls almost entirely through AI voice agents now. Someone showed me a workflow automation that replaced an entire ops process they used to spend hours on every week. Then it got personal. People comparing how they use AI in daily life. One person plans every family trip through it. Another uses it to settle arguments at home, which apparently does not always end well. Someone admitted they ask AI to draft the difficult messages they do not want to write themselves. We joked & laughed. We also realised something serious. Everyone is experimenting. Everyone is a little behind where they want to be. And everyone agrees this is the biggest change any of us has worked through. The honesty in that room is rare on LinkedIn. That is exactly why we wanted to create it at Cars24 Arabia.
