Wrapping up an intense and inspiring week in Germany 🇩🇪 The past week was about connecting with key stakeholders across the Cloud and Digital portfolio, aligning on priorities, and shaping a clear path for 2026. The conversations were forward-looking and anchored in a shared ambition: “One Team, Becoming Leading”, lived every day in true #TStyle. A key highlight was the expanded dialogue across Deutsche Telekom B2B stakeholders, reinforcing our collective commitment to deeper collaboration and long-term value creation. The week culminated at the T-Systems Kick-off in Bonn led by our CEO, where ~800 colleagues joined in person and thousands more virtually. The energy in the room made it clear—“ONE Team – Becoming Leading” is more than a motto; it’s how we are building the future together. A proud moment was celebrating our Top Performers Club and Top Sales Club, with three members of my team recognized—a powerful reminder that strategy only matters when execution follows.
