Today marks my last day at Gartner after completing 3 wonderful years and as I close this chapter, I’m filled with immense gratitude. This past year hasn’t been easy — after my accident, life threw challenges at me I never expected. But what made the journey bearable — even empowering — was the incredible team I had beside me. Gartner has been more than just a workplace. It’s been a family. A place where empathy, understanding, and human connection stand just as tall as performance and excellence. The unwavering support, check-ins, and constant encouragement I received from my manager, teammates, HR’s and leaders during my toughest time are something I will carry with me forever. Thank you for making me feel valued, heard, and cared for — not just as a professional, but as a person. I’m proud to have been part of such a culture, and I walk away with more than experience — I walk away with relationships, strength, and a deeper belief in teamwork.
