‚We are building something great‘ Like what ? I mean great memories, experiences and connections that will last. Being here for barely a month taught me ‚what’ Colt Technology Services does, but seeing my colleagues from all over the world in person taught me ‚who‘ we are. My conclusion is clear : a big family that is tied by the pursuit of the extraordinary everyday. One that has been on rollercoasters for decades and a very welcoming one that offered me a seat on the rollercoaster as well. Quite literally as we met in a Theme Park to scream together only to discuss how to rise again the very next moment. Accordingly, we built a great chemistry as well as hands on crafts (like the birdhouse with my humble contribution). Needless to say that I am more than ever happy to be guided by Stella Osterhoff and work with my amazing colleagues Thy Nguyen, Stefan Risch, Ben Krause, Christopher Rosengart and my buddy Rames Großkopf to rise in 2026.
