It’s been over a week since I joined Ciena as an SVT/PV Intern. So this post was definitely long overdue. I’m grateful for the opportunity to be part of a global organization that’s driving innovation in networking and optical technologies. I’m looking forward to learning, contributing, and growing through hands on exposure and collaboration with talented teams. A big thank you to Urvashee Kansal, Manya J., Varsha Panwar, Kanika Yadav and the rest of the HR team at Ciena for the seamless onboarding experience and continuous support throughout the process. The first week was filled with engaging events, activities, and meet-and-greet sessions with incredibly talented people at Ciena. I would also like to sincerely thank Artem Ozolin sir and Ebad Raza sir for the guidance, trust, and support from day one. Looking forward to learning under your mentorship and contributing meaningfully throughout this journey, while gaining deep technical and collaborative skills with the help of the entire team.
