It’s built in moments — especially the honest, vulnerable ones.”— Adam Grant Last week, ABC&C had the opportunity to accompany Arturo Gutiérrez and the UCM Marketing Team at Novo Nordisk Mexico in the first of several moments, this time focusing on #collaboration and its impact to build a #HighPerforming Team. Together, we designed a conversational experience focused on truly getting to know each other better — not just roles, titles, or responsibilities, but #values, #stories and #emotions. #Vulnerability became the vehicle, and the team took the wheel.
