Our Human Factors community came together last week at Christleton Cricket Club for a full team update across our nuclear, defence, oil & gas, and UK rail business units.   The session included a series of project deep‑dives — from our work on temporary speed restriction technology in rail, to personal reflections on completing offshore training; and debriefs from recent offshore oil & gas facilities. We also shared lessons learned from a recent fire evacuation assessment undertaken for a nuclear site.   Overall, it was a fantastic opportunity to share learnings on methods and issues from across our business as well as strengthen the team.  #humanfactorsengineering #ergonomics #bestplacestowork
