It's awards season! Following on from its nomination at the South East Construction Expo & Awards, we are pleased to announce that Westgate One has also been announced as a finalist for the Constructing Excellence Awards 2026 for 'Residential Project of the Year'. This student accommodation scheme located in the historic city centre of Canterbury provided over 200 student units, alongside communal spaces, such as a gym, cafe and mini cinema room alongside external landscaping and a reception space. Thanks to the continued collaboration with our trusted partners - Paul Roberts Canterbury, OSG ARCHITECTURE LTD and b&m | Certified B Corp, we have delivered a building that has received industry award recognition and one that we are all immensely proud of.
