Multiplexing with primary antibodies from the same species has always been a challenge. The ๐—ฃ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—บ๐—ถ๐˜…&๐—ฆ๐˜๐—ฎ๐—ถ๐—ป protocol with Smart Secondary Nanobodies addresses this directly. And here is a 5-color example showing what that looks like in practice.
