What do cycling, running, and reading events have in common? They help turn colleagues into a community. This week, colleagues at our Copenhagen headquarters gathered for our Social Clubs Fair - an opportunity to explore some of the many colleague-driven initiatives that bring people together beyond day-to-day work. At Abacus Medicine Group, we believe that a strong workplace is about more than the work itself. It's also about the connections, friendships and shared experiences that make coming to work enjoyable. That’s why we support the clubs we already have and the ones our colleagues want to create. A big thank you to all the colleagues who run our social clubs and help create opportunities for others to connect outside work. And especially a big thank you to the running club, cycling club, padel club, volleyball club, football club, Magic the Gathering club, book club, the events team, and our wonderful Health & Safety reps for showcasing at the fair.
