Leadership isn’t something you learn from slides. It’s shaped in conversations, in feedback, and in the everyday moments that matter. 🤝 That’s why we’ve invested in hands-on leadership trainings across our teams in Germany and Finland – creating space for our managers to practice, reflect and learn from each other. Instead of theory-heavy sessions, the trainings focused on doing role plays, structured conversation techniques and honest, fact-based feedback. A big thank you to our trainers Mirjami Sipponen-Damonte and Andrea Berroth for creating such an open and practical learning environment and for guiding our leaders through these sessions with great energy and expertise. Supporting our people means continuously improving, listening, and making sure our leaders feel equipped and supported themselves.
