Akal Takht just put Punjab's new sacrilege law on notice. Acting Jathedar Giani Kuldeep Singh Gargajj says the proposed Act will FAIL — unless it also targets the masterminds behind sacrilege, not just those who commit it. His comparison: dowry & caste murder laws punish instigators too. Sacrilege should be no different. He named Dera Sirsa. He warned against any law interfering in Sikh religious affairs.
