I'm writing this post to make a request to every human as a 21-year-old. Today is Saturday. Tomorrow is Sunday. And the day after tomorrow is Monday. This is where the tragedy begins. Over the past 21 years of my existence, I've realised that humanity made one serious mistake while inventing the calendar. We go directly from Sunday to Monday. No warning. No transition period. No emotional preparation. Which is why I'd like to request that we all come together and invent a new day between Saturday and Sunday called SatSunday. A beautiful buffer day dedicated to doing absolutely nothing while pretending Monday doesn't exist. I don't know how we'll get it approved.
