I feel it’s been countless days of enthusiastic work since the very beginning of this project, alongside Marisa Lago Muñoz, David Hortal, Ruth, and all collaborators who have helped shape it. And finally today, it becomes real: Proudly introducing Nordest Living 👋 Nordest Living is a real estate operator offering flexible stays (3–12 months) for young professionals who want to live in Madrid as a life-enhancing experience, combining the comfort of a private, fully equipped apartment with soulful shared spaces like a Coworking, a Garden Terrace, or a Social Kitchen. But the real value isn’t the hardware, it’s what happens within the walls. We’re building a like-minded community of Nordesters, carefully selected through a values-based process to share meaningful connections and a memorable chapter of life together. We expect to open our doors and welcome our first Nordesters by early 2026, and we’d love your help in building what we hope will become the most human and inspiring community in Madrid.
