Time for the first #BehindTheRemote of 2026! Meet Mitchell Moir — Our Process Engineer Mitchell’s journey with Aarcomm began in 2018, when he first joined as a co-op student. After gaining valuable experience and expanding his skillset, he returned in November 2024 as a Process Engineer and has been making a strong impact ever since. In his current role, Mitchell focuses on designing and improving workflows to drive efficiency, consistency, and smooth day-to-day operations. He works closely with both the R&D and Production teams, supporting incoming quality inspections and developing clear, effective documentation to ensure processes are well understood and consistently followed. Known for his problem-solving mindset, Mitchell is always ready to tackle a challenge and find practical solutions. Outside of work, Mitchell enjoys exploring the backcountry and discovering new spots around the city. He also has a strong interest in music and photography, bringing a creative perspective to how he captures the world around him. We’re proud to have Mitchell as part of the team.
