'Don’t Keep It Under Your Hat' runs over March and April, encouraging people to start conversations and seek support sooner. The campaign is about breaking down barriers, normalising help-seeking, and reminding people they don’t have to carry it alone. Since 2020, TIACS has supported tradies, truckies, farmers and blue-collar workers with free, professional, and confidential counselling, helping people clear their heads and move forward. Like a great hat, this message can go anywhere.
