This week, we hosted our first Supplier engagement day for the building segment. In realising our 'thrive 2030 strategy', we are strengthening collaboration with our strategic suppliers. Leadership from across our businesses shared a unified ambition: to transform procurement and engage with our supply base as ONE Aalberts shifting from traditional purchasing to value sourcing, with a clear focus on quality, logistics, technology, total cost and sustainability. Through our host, we gained powerful external insights that helped translate ambition into action during interactive breakout sessions, where teams explored opportunities to improve performance and collaboration. We also introduced our new Supplier Award Programme, proudly recognising two outstanding partners who work the Aalberts way: - Ningbo Huaping Intelligent Control Technology Co., Ltd. - LAV.EL.
