This summer has been life changing, thank you Nintendo for such an amazing internship!! Never in my wildest dreams did I expect to work at such an iconic place, yet here I was, as a UX Design Intern at Nintendo! From my childhood obsession with Mario Kart to running around Nintendo's headquarters, it has been a surreal adventure. Outside of work, I loved exploring Seattle and the PNW, from hiking and kayaking to cheering at a Sounders game and going to my first baseball game (Go Mariners!) I’d like to give an extremely special thank you to my manager Catalina M. and mentor Julia R., you’ve been amazing support systems, teachers, and friends, I’ve learned so much from you both personally and professionally. Thank you Elizabeth Griffin and Megan Vogt for all your words of wisdom. From laughs at lunch to late night Mario Kart, thank you to my fellow interns for making this summer unforgettable. I'll miss you all so much!! Finally, thank you to the strategic recruitment team for making this adventure possible. I never imagined that a conversation with Lidia Hernandez at Grace Hopper would bring me here. Thank you, Lidia, for making the recruitment process so smooth, and to Maricela Diaz and Anousinh Siharath for your support throughout. As I head back for my final year of school, I'm excited to apply everything I've learned to what's ahead.
