We’re proud to share the successful go-live of 4flow TORO at Volkswagen Mexico!  This milestone represents a major leap in enabling a seamless data exchange between Volkswagen’s SAP system and 4flow TORO, setting the stage for enhanced efficiency and collaboration. The fully integrated and automated solution supports the optimization of scheduled transport routes in line with Volkswagen’s unique constraints, driving operational excellence across their network.  Bridging the gap between material and transport planning, an average utilization increase of more than 10% has already been achieved, with the rollout soon expanding to nearly 100 suppliers serving Volkswagen’s site in Puebla, Mexico.
