4DMedical is expanding into Europe! We’ve signed a binding agreement to acquire contextflow, a Vienna-based leader in lung imaging software for chest CT analysis, lung cancer detection and radiology workflow support. This transaction establishes 4DMedical’s on-the-ground European commercial platform, adds CE-marked software already used in clinical workflows, and strengthens our global footprint across North America, Europe and Australia. By combining contextflow’s structural lung imaging software with 4DMedical’s functional lung imaging technologies, we are building a more complete platform to support lung disease detection, diagnosis, monitoring and progression tracking.
