While “business” and “culture” are familiar terms on their own, combining them into “business culture” creates a much more nuanced and layered conversation — especially in our industry. In the context of additive manufacturing (AM), understanding business culture can be the beginning of an art form — one that might help accelerate adoption. At the very least, it’s a lever worth exploring. The topic is broad and often overlaps with themes like growth mindset and organizational behavior. One person's experience alone can’t capture the full spectrum.
