Twenty-one years is a long time in any career. It's even longer when your first day on the job happened before you were old enough to drive!   Marek Chládek joined 2N aged 15, packing exhibition materials for a few hours a week after school. One of his first assignments was to handwrite around 200 invitations for a trade show booth and, by his own admission, his handwriting was so bad that quite a few of them never made it out the door.   Twenty-one years later, he has grown alongside the company, moving through roles in marketing support, online marketing, and product marketing while helping shape how 2N tells the story of its products to customers around the world.   When we asked Marek what kept him here all this time, his answer was: "The people. I've always been surrounded by colleagues who genuinely care about the products, the solutions we create, and our customers."   So, as 2N celebrates 35 years, we're also celebrating the people who helped build the company along the way.   Over the coming months, we'll be sharing stories from colleagues reflecting on their time at 2N. Stories of growth, memorable moments, and advice they'd pass on to their younger selves.   After 21 years, Marek has settled on one particularly practical recommendation: Don't drink too much at company events!   Thank you, Marek, for your 21 years at 2N and for everything you've helped build along the way.
