Some time ago, we had the opportunity to participate in the final tender round for 'Huis van de Wijk Mathenesse' for the Municipality of Rotterdam. Although we didn’t win the competition in the end, we truly enjoyed developing a first design proposal for this special project. We believe you never really lose a tender. The ideas, insights, and inspiration that emerge during the design process don’t disappear — they become part of the DNA of the office and continue to shape future work.
