The common denominator I have often found across many of us in #Luxembourg comes down 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝘄𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀... 𝟭. A leap of faith in the pursuit of an ambitious mission. 𝟮. A deep gratitude for the ones who help us along the way. Peter Thiel famously wrote about the challenge of going from "𝗭𝗲𝗿𝗼 𝘁𝗼 𝗢𝗻𝗲." But this year's Adepa Global Services milestone marks a different, equally formidable achievement. Theirs is the story of going from 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝟮𝟬𝟬. With 200 group employees representing 𝟮𝟮 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 across 𝗟𝘂𝘅𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗴, 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗻, 𝗜𝘁𝗮𝗹𝘆 and 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗲, their 𝟮𝟬𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆 of presence in Luxembourg speaks about the importance of trust, commitment and investing one’s time in the pursuit of an ambitious journey. Speaking with Carlos Alberto Morales and Alessandro D'Ercole underlined exactly that, with close to 17 𝙮𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙨 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰𝘨𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳, their core ethos champions exporting “𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗗𝗘𝗣𝗔 𝘄𝗮𝘆”, carrying the flag of the Grand Duchy and their successful Luxembourg model, while putting people at the center of their success, from team to clients. As 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗼𝘀 puts it: “Ours is an entrepreneurial journey.” It is those 200 entrepreneurs working within ADEPA who form the foundation on which the company has weathered market uncertainties and economic shocks, consistently coming out stronger.
