Industrial facilities rely on reactive or schedule-based maintenance; leading to: -> unplanned downtime -> excessive costs -> loss of operational knowledge Engineers lack a unified system combining real-time sensor monitoring, intelligent failure prediction, and instant access to technical documentation.
